Lake Minnetonka Sailing School is hiring for the 2026 season!

We are looking for skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic individuals ages 18+ to contribute to the success of our program in Rec/Learn to Sail offerings for youth and adults. As a LMSS Coach, you will be responsible for the skill development of your sailors. Coaches must prove capable of providing classroom instruction, on-the-water coaching, and instilling a passion for the lifetime sport of sailing in their students.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis through April, 2026.
